A first generation Vietnamese American, Michael Ho's work draws great influence from Arte Povera and Wabi-Sabi. Whether through performance, etched glass, drawing, or painting, his process-oriented work functions as visual artifacts of his investigations into the concepts of identity, palimpsest, liminality, and physical disability.

Michael Ho received his Bachelor of Fine Art in painting from the University of Houston on 2005 and a Masters of Art in Art Education on 2017. For the past 11 years, Michael has worked as an art educator whose teaching philosophy and style is greatly informed by his experiences with physical disability and his practice as an artist.
